OnePlus 7 contains a feature called “Zen Mode” which warns users against using their phones for too long. Apparently, this feature is to help users avoid phone addiction, an extremely common problem these days. However, OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro users report that this feature is turned on by default and there is no clear way to turn off Zen Mode in OnePlus 7.
